Raffle

Our fundraiser for MEEC is a raffle drawing for baskets/items sponsored by each state. The revenue from each state’s basket will go to that state, as a way to generate some additional revenue. To bump up that possibility, we are offering online sales so we can garner some support from those NOT attending MEEC!

Online tickets are available now until 5:00 pm on Monday, July 26. Then, we transition to only on-site sales during the conference and will be doing the drawing on Wednesday evening. You don’t need to be present to win!

Keynote Speaker Announced

RWC

The 2021 Midwest EE Conference planning committee is excited to announce that Robin Wall Kimmerer will be our keynote speaker!

book coverJean Eells, ICEC member and owner of eResources Group, emailed almost immediately after learning a keynote speaker was confirmed! “I will make an effort to hear Robin Wall Kimmerer any time I can. She is clear-eyed about the conditions we’re in, but the most compassionate presenter who will leave you feeling hope and joy. She can speak to the needs we have as educators to refill our own wells of inspiration and how to pour out inspiration through our work.”
