The Environmental Education Association of Illinois (EEAI) invites your business or organization to exhibit at the 2017 Midwest Environmental Education Conference (MEEC)! Take advantage of the exciting opportunity to interact with over 500 conference participants from across Illinois and the Midwest.
Exhibiting at the 2017 MEEC will provide your business or organization the opportunity to interact with environmental educators, natural resource professionals, agency administrators, professors, classroom teachers, university students, and others from nature centers, zoos, museums, universities, and schools from across the heartland. While this event is promoted on a national scale, the target geographical outreach spans within the 13 heartland states specifically including Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Ohio, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin.
MEEC 2017 will celebrate each exhibitor on opening night, Wednesday October 11 at the Exhibitors Social where attendees will have their first chance to connect to each exhibit opportunity. The showcase continues in the Exhibit Hall for a full day on October 12. MEEC 2017 will proudly promote you on our conference website, www.meeconference.org, and be listed in the conference brochure received by all conference participants.
Exhibit spaces are limited; exhibitors will be selected based on the order of request, fit with conference theme, and anticipated benefits to conference attendees. Exhibitor fees do not include lodging, meals, or conference registration. Fees include exhibiting in the MEEC Exhibit Hall for two days with one 7 foot table with skirts and piping and 2 chairs, and electricity. Twenty-four hour storage is available.
